ConectEd School PD
Professional development created by school professionals, for school professionals
Schools shape the lives of young people—and the people working in them need support too. That’s why we created ConnectEd School PD: practical, relevant professional learning designed to meet the real needs of educators supporting student wellbeing. We offer two dedicated streams:
For School Psychologists and Counsellors
Our PD for school psychologists and counsellors is tailored to the realities of working in schools. Whether you’re early in your career or highly experienced, our sessions offer practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and connection with others who understand the work. We focus on:
deepening clinical thinking in school settings
navigating systems, data, and multidisciplinary teams
building confidence in tricky areas like suicide risk, group work, and boundaries
staying grounded, reflective, and well in the face of complexity
For Pastoral Carers
If you’re a year level leader, head of house, deputy principal or in any student-facing leadership role, this stream is for you. Our sessions help you sharpen your skills in communication, decision-making, and student support—without adding to your workload. We focus on:
supporting students with behavioural, emotional and social challenges
managing role demands, being effective and efficient in your work
engaging families, students and staff with clarity and care
balancing relational work with leadership demands
All of our PD is built on real school experience, delivered by professionals who’ve walked in your shoes. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, refine your practice or simply feel less alone in the work—we’ve got you.
