Schools
We are passionate about providing support to schools that complement and enhance the value you add to your families. We have a special interest in working with all levels of schools to identify opportunities to improve the pastoral care and wellbeing provided in your school. Our niche skill-set is in providing a range of services to specific groups within your school community. These services include individual support, group programs, professional development and presentations.
ConectEd School PD
We have brought together our specialised knowledge in psychological services, pastoral care, and school systems to offer a unique professional development program. We provide two tailored PD streams—one for school psychologists/counsellors and another for pastoral carers—designed to deliver practical and targeted support for staff in these roles.

School Psychologists and Counsellors PD
Expert-designed live and on-demand webinars, complete with resources, for school psychologists and counsellors. Covering the most important, practical, and complex areas of school-based practice.

Pastoral carers PD
Tailor-made live and on-demand webinars (and resources), designed specifically for Pastoral Carers in Schools. Supporting you with practical insights, strategies and considerations to address the unique challenges faced in these roles (e.g. year level coordinators, heads of house, deputies and principals).

Here are some examples of the services we provide:
- Strategic planning for pastoral care frameworks and goals, including whole-school practices, teacher-led pastoral care programs, school counselling departments/staff, and learning support
- Enhancing the effectiveness of pastoral care teams, including pastoral care teachers, counselling, learning support, and senior leadership
- Developing processes to support students with significant mental health challenges, including those at risk of suicide or self-harm, school-based adjustments, and fostering collaboration between school and home
- Reviewing and developing pastoral care programs and content
- Strengthening student leadership and amplifying student voice within the school community
These are just a few examples. If there’s something specific you need that’s not on this list, let us know—we likely have the expertise and experience to deliver it.
How does it work?
We will work with you to define your specific goals and, based on this, look at the most suitable package of services to help achieve them. Depending on your needs, this could involve short-term, focused work or more intensive, ongoing support.
Presentations
Our presenters are highly experienced psychologists with extensive expertise in supporting schools, young people, and parents. With a deep understanding of a wide range of topics, we tailor each presentation to suit your specific needs. Unlike other presenters who deliver the same set of presentations, we take a personalised approach—ensuring every session is relevant, engaging, and designed to make a real impact.
Having said that, sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know (or want!) so have a look at the topic ideas below for examples
