WHOLE SCHOOL PD
Practical professional learning for your whole wellbeing team
One school arrangement gives school psychologists, counsellors and pastoral care staff 12 months of access to the specialist ConnectEd PD library designed for their role — practical, on-demand learning built around real school work.
Whole-school access is $2,500 + GST and is generally the most cost-effective option for larger or mixed-role wellbeing teams.
$2,500 + GST for 12 months • 42 school psychologist & counsellor sessions • 22 pastoral carer sessions
WHY WHOLE-SCHOOL ACCESS?
One membership. Different roles. Better fit.
Whole-school access is designed for schools that want to invest across the wellbeing team without turning professional learning into one generic package for everyone.
ROLE-SPECIFIC
The right library for each role
Psychologists and counsellors access specialist school mental health content; pastoral staff access content designed around pastoral care.
FLEXIBLE
Learn when the work makes it relevant
Staff can choose sessions in any order, revisit content and use the library when a real issue comes up during the year.
PRACTICAL
Built around actual school work
The focus is on useful decisions, tools, conversations and systems — not generic wellbeing theory detached from school practice.
COST-EFFECTIVE
More value as your team grows
At 8 staff, whole-school access works out to $312.50 + GST per person for the full year. At 10 staff it is $250 + GST each, and the effective per-person cost continues to fall as more staff use the licence.
WHOLE-SCHOOL PRICING
Great value for a whole wellbeing team
Whole-school access is $2,500 + GST for 12 months. It is designed to make high-quality, role-specific professional learning more cost-effective for larger or mixed-role teams, while keeping the school-side administration simple.
WHOLE SCHOOL / WELLBEING TEAM ACCESS
$2,500 + GST
12 months access across both specialist ConnectEd School PD streams.
Value at a glance: 8 staff = $312.50 + GST per person for the year; 10 staff = $250 + GST per person. As team size grows, the effective cost per person falls further.
- Designed for wellbeing teams
- 42-session School Psychologists & Counsellors library
- 22-session Pastoral Carers library
- Individual staff access
- School invoice and coordinated registration
One purchase. A full year of role-specific PD.
Rather than purchasing separate individual access for each person or relying on one-off training days, the whole-school option gives a larger team an extensive on-demand resource they can return to throughout the year. Tell us your team size and role mix and we can also confirm whether whole-school or group pricing gives you the better value.
SMALLER TEAM?
Group pricing starts from 3 registrations
For 3+ registrations, group discounts of 20–30% are available depending on numbers. If your team is smaller — or concentrated in one PD stream — group pricing may be cheaper than whole-school access. We can compare the options for you.
TWO SPECIALIST LIBRARIES
Specialised learning for the different work happening in your wellbeing team
The licence covers both ConnectEd School PD streams. Staff use the library that best matches their role rather than everyone being pushed through the same content.
42 on-demand sessions
School psychologists & counsellors
Professional learning for the clinical, ethical, educational and systems work of school psychologists and counsellors.
- Professional practice, consent and documentation
- Counselling, intervention and parent engagement
- Risk, safety and complex situations
- School systems, data and early intervention
- Assessment, collaboration and student support
- Leadership and sustainable practice
22 on-demand sessions
Pastoral carers
Practical learning for staff whose roles centre on relationships, everyday student support, wellbeing and pastoral systems.
- Role clarity and practical counselling skills
- Risk, difficult disclosures and escalation
- Parents, families and student relationships
- Boundaries, burnout and sustainable care
- Wellbeing data, systems and digital processes
- Pastoral leadership and team collaboration
Whole-school access does not mean one-size-fits-all PD
A psychologist may be working on consent, risk or brief intervention while a pastoral leader is focused on boundaries, difficult disclosures or team processes. The value of the whole-school arrangement is that both can access learning that fits the work they actually do.
WHAT YOUR SCHOOL GETS
A full-year resource, not a one-off PD day
Give staff something they can come back to as their role, caseload and school priorities change across the year.
12 months of access
Access runs for 12 months from activation, giving your team time to use the library across a full school year.
Individual staff access
Each registered staff member has their own account and can work through the relevant library at their own pace.
On-demand learning
Sessions are available when staff have the time — and when a particular topic becomes immediately relevant.
Practical resources
Relevant sessions include tools, frameworks and resources that can be brought back into day-to-day school practice.
Shared team learning
Schools can nominate useful sessions for team discussion while still allowing staff to pursue role-specific learning.
School-based content
The material is built for the realities of schools: competing priorities, relationships, risk, systems, boundaries and limited time.
WHY CONNECTED?
Professional learning built for the realities of schools
ConnectEd is not a generic professional development provider. Our work sits at the intersection of psychology, education and real-world school practice, which means the professional learning we develop is grounded in an understanding of how schools actually operate.
Practicality without oversimplifying complexity
Our team brings together experience in clinical practice, school psychology, counselling, pastoral care, leadership, supervision and whole-school consultancy. This allows us to look beyond individual skills and consider the broader systems that shape good practice — including role clarity, communication, escalation pathways, documentation, collaboration and sustainable ways of working.
What makes ConnectEd different is our focus on practicality without oversimplifying complexity. We translate evidence, ethical responsibilities and professional knowledge into clear approaches, tools and processes that staff can genuinely use in their day-to-day work.
