Terms and Conditions for Free Access to the Online PD Series Giveaway

1. Eligibility

   • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
   • Participants must reside in Australia.

2. How to Enter

   • To enter, participants must complete all the following steps:
     1. Like our Facebook page
     2. Tag a colleague on the post
     3. Sign up to our newsletter
   • Entries must be received by 12th January. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3. Prize Details

   • The prize consists of one year of free access to ConnectEd School PD
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

   • The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries on13th Jan.
   • The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not respond within 3 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.

5. Conditions of Participation

   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of ConnectEd Counselling and Consultancy, which are final and binding.
   • The winner agrees to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Privacy

   • Personal information collected as part of the giveaway will only be used for administering the giveaway and in accordance with ConnectEd Counselling and Consultancy’s Privacy Policy.

7. General

   • ConnectEd Counselling and Consultancy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances impact its fairness or integrity.
